The adjustable pallet racking is specially designed for the storage of palletized loads and containers. It is the most common system for its easy assembly, optimized cost and versatility.

- Designed for the storage of palletized loads and containers.
- Allows direct and unitary access to each of the stored pallets
- The dimensions of the aisles are defined according to the trucks that will be used.
- In most frequent cases, highly specialized storage equipment is not required.
- The capacity of elevation in height is unlimited. The only limiting factor is the technical characteristics of the FLT itself and/or the free height of the building.
- The load levels arrangement can be easily modified, thanks to the 50 mm pitch height adjustment.
- Narrow aisle or double-deep APRs can also be designed to increase the capacity of the warehouse.
- The APR system can be completed with lower manual picking levels or other accessories if the warehouse flow requires orders to be picked along the aisles.
To prevent the customer from having to invest in acquiring new equipment, POLYPAL adapts the storage solution based on the handling equipment already available in the warehouse.

Safety for racking elements
Rack protection
Rack protection absorbs potential impacts on the racks from pallet truck collisions, thereby preventing damage to the shelving structure.
Upright protection
It protects the upright from impacts.
According to NTP-852, they are mandatory to install on:
- all end uprights facing transverse aisles
- all uprights located at the intersection of aisles and cross passages
Rack protection for plank
It protects the rack in cases where pallets are placed at the head of the alignments.
Anti-fall mesh
It prevents goods from falling onto people.
Pallet rear stop
It prevents pallets from falling. It can be complemented with an anti-fall mesh for extra safety.
