Mobile pallet racking
The POLYPAL mobile pallet storage system is based on racks installed on motorized mobile bases that move along rails embedded in the slab.
One single aisle can be opened, either with the use of a remote control or with the buttons located on the front panel, on request to access specific locations.
The movement is achieved by electric motors that work synchronously, achieving a smooth and controlled displacement. Acceleration and braking are progressive and controlled by a frequency inverter, preventing sudden starts or stops.

- These racks can be handled by different types of forklift trucks without the need to use specialized handling equipment.
- The mobile pallet racking system utilizes the maximum volume of the warehouse. Therefore it is the best solution for installations in which the cost of the floor is high, environmental conditioning is necessary (such as cold or freezing chambers with high electricity costs), or there’s a need to increase storage capacity without expanding the warehouse.
- The mobile system can be can be fitted with adjustable pallet racking, shelving or cantilevers.

Request a quoteThe platforms are composed of wheel chassis, which can be motorized or not, and beams with hot press laminated profiles, which gives high resistance to impacts.
Each chassis incorporates an additional individual security system that, together with the general security systems of the installation itself and the computerized central system, prevent accidents in warehouse operations.
